On arrival, you’ll be greeted by staff looking every inch the part, dressed in linen suits and floral dresses. Once inside, you’ll discover a restaurant transformed with lavish, luscious greens and pinks – a study in relaxed elegance for the discerning diner.
Whether a light lunch or something more substantial, our stunning new menu has dishes to satisfy all appetites. From grilled watermelon, pomegranate and ruby leaf salad, to the delights of our banana leaf-wrapped stone bass, you’ll find incredible flavours, elegantly presented.
And if that wasn't enough, guests will also be able to enjoy a limited-edition dessert featuring passionfruit parfait with alphonso mango and black sesame, perfectly paired with a refreshing glass of Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé Champagne and Malfy Gin.
