Kick things off with Pastrami cured salmon, or Duck rillettes with apricot chutney. Mains include Devonshire chicken breast with chestnut pithivier & sprouts, the 34 Mayfair rigatoni with seasonal squash and sage or a Seabass fillet with Dorset crab & chervil butter. To finish, a Mince pie ice cream coupe or the 34 Snowflake – filled with Panettone and vanilla mouse and seasonal clementine.
